1. Shipping & Delivery
Where do your products ship from?
All Sangtok wigs are shipped directly from our manufacturing and fulfillment center located in Xuchang, China—the global capital of high-quality hair products. Shipping directly from the source allows us to offer premium wigs without third-party markups.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For customers in the United States, please expect a total delivery timeframe of 8 to 18 business days. This includes:
Processing & Handling: 1 - 3 business days.
International Transit: 7 - 15 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
We keep it simple:
Orders under $80.00: Flat rate of $9.00.
Orders $80.00 and above: Free standard shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Please allow 48-72 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking status.
2. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered. Because wigs are personal hygiene items, the wig must be returned in its original, factory condition. The lace must be strictly uncut, the hair unwashed, and no styling products or heat tools applied.
How do I start a return?
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Contact our support team at 13462136258 with your Order Number. Once approved, you will need to ship the item back to our return center at: Room 1302, Building 9, Furongtai, Weiwen Road, Xuchang City, Henan Province, China.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you are returning the wig due to personal preference (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong style), you are responsible for the international return shipping cost to China. If the item arrived defective or incorrect, Sangtok will cover the return shipping.
3. Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We securely accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed in USD.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has entered the shipping process, we can no longer modify or cancel it.
