Return & Refund Policy

At Sangtok, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new wig isn’t exactly what you expected, we offer a clear and straightforward return process.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this 30-day period will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Returned Items (Important)

Because wigs are personal items, hygiene and safety are our top priorities. To be eligible for a return, the wig must be in its original, factory condition. This means:

  • The lace must be strictly uncut and unmodified.

  • The hair must be unwashed, uncombed, and free of any styling products, odors (such as perfume or smoke), or tangles.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached and accessories included.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned wig shows any signs of wear, modification, or damage.

3. Return Shipping Costs

As our main fulfillment center is located in China, please be aware of the following regarding return shipping fees:

  • Customer Remorse (e.g., didn't like the style, ordered the wrong color):

  • You are responsible for paying the international return shipping costs to our facility in China. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If we made a mistake (e.g., sent the wrong item or a defective product), Sangtok will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Packages returned without prior authorization will not be processed.

  • Step 1: Contact us at sangtokhair@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  • Step 2: Our customer service team will review your request within 24 business hours.

  • Step 3: Once approved, we will provide you with the necessary return shipping instructions. Please securely pack the item and send it to our official return address.

6. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our Xuchang facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
