At Sangtok, we ship our premium wigs directly from our manufacturing facility and fulfillment center in Xuchang, China, straight to your door in the United States. This direct-to-consumer approach allows us to maintain high-quality standards while cutting out middleman costs.

Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, costs, and timelines.

1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses).

2. Shipping Costs

We keep our shipping rates simple and transparent. All prices are in USD.

  • Orders under $80.00: A flat shipping rate of $9.00 applies.

  • Orders $80.00 and above: You qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

3. Processing & Handling Time

Quality takes time. Before your wig is shipped, it must pass a strict quality control inspection (checking the lace, hair texture, and cap construction).

  • Handling Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

4. Estimated Transit Time

Once your order passes QC and leaves our Xuchang facility, it is handed over to our international logistics partners and will ultimately be delivered by local US couriers (such as USPS or FedEx).

  • Transit Time: 7 to 15 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Delivery Time: Handling Time (1-3 days) + Transit Time (7-15 days) = 8 to 18 Business Days.

Please note: While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance or extreme weather conditions.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your shipping label is created, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system once the package starts its international journey.

6. Taxes & Duties

For US customers, all orders are typically exempt from import duties and taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
